On June 21st, St. Teresa School celebrated International Yoga Day with great enthusiasm. Teachers and students gathered on the school campus to participate in various yoga asanas and breathing exercises. The event began with a special morning assembly featuring Surya Namaskars, Vrikshasana, and Pranayama techniques.
Students from all grades actively participated alongside dedicated faculty members, creating a harmonious atmosphere of wellness and mindfulness. With immense pride and joy, we celebrate the remarkable achievements of our young champions, Srishti Gupta (Class 9B2) and Anshvi Kasyap (Class 5A), who clinched bronze medals in the Under-15 and Under-11 categories respectively at the 3rd District Table Tennis Tournament. A Workshop on Innovation
St.Teresa held a National Innovation workshop on 27 May 2025, led by Mr Rishabh Ilwadi, CEO and cofounder of 'Where U Elevate' and Mr Prashant Kumar, an expert in UI/UX designing and front-end development. The workshop backed by ISRO, Esri India, and the Centre for Knowledge Sovereignty under the mentorship of Indiaβs top scientists and innovators gave students a chance to get introduced to the realm of Geospatial Technology, Innovation, and Intellectual Property creation. It opened a new door as it ensured That our students could build award-winning projects in partnership with ISRO, NIC, and IITs, with some even adopted by local governments.

Exploring Electronics Skills
Exploring Electronics Skills; students of ATL -St. Teresa School are learning and tinkering with exciting do-it-yourself activities.
Students from grade VI onwards learned basic electronics concepts, gaining the knowledge and skills to create electronics circuits in their December ATL classes.
With this learning experience our students took the concepts of voltage and resistance, and the ability to connect multiple components in different arrangements, paving the way for further exploration and experimentation in the field of electronics and technology.

Veer Baal Diwas Celebrations
St. Teresa School celebrated Veer Baal Diwas with great enthusiasm and patriotic fervor. The event aimed to inspire students to become active contributors to nation-building and to honor the bravery and sacrifice of young freedom fighters.

Topic : Ethics & Compassion
An interactive session was conducted in the school auditorium on 12 July 2019 from 7.35 to 8.45 am. There were 39 attendees from classes VIII to XII as participants. The topic wasΒ EthicsΒ &Β Compassion. There were 15 students who voluntarily came to express their viewpoint & grabbed the attention of one and all. The speakers left no stone unturned to entice the audience. Ethics and compassion was explained to be Sun and Moon respectively. It was an enthralling session which brought to the platform enthusiastic orators. Empathy according to some is the binding force and justifies our existence on this planet as we are connected with others with one thread of love and compassion.

Talent Hunt Competition
"Every Child is gifted and talented"
A talent hunt competition was organised by pre - primary department on 12th April 2019 at school level to encourage the children to come forward and show their talents. All the students of nursery and kindergarten participated in the talent hunt competition. Students showed their talent in various activities. They sang hindi songs , recited shloks and poems, some danced and some of children told stories, some of children performed yoga. The main reason behind organising these competition is to nurture the qualities of students and remove the fear of stage. It is very important to organize co - curricular activities in school which helps in personality development.

Lester Brown had rightly said, βWe have not inherited this earth from our forefathers, we have borrowed it from our children.β Therefore to celebrate Earth Day and to showcase our support for a safer and greener future, Team St. Teresa held a Special Assembly on this occasion. Hours long cultural program was amalgamation of changes witnessed by time in various spheres consisting variety of dances, skit, mimes and musical presentations. Towards the end of the event participants were encouraged by words of appreciation of Director Sri Vijay Kumar Gulati. Programme concluded with musical performances by music department and vote of thanks by Academic Director Ms. Renu Srivastava mam. The event sensitized the students and the audience about the social and environmental concerns.

CHAMPIONSHIP COMPETITION (CLUSTER)
An Open Skating Championship competition was held on 21st August , 2018 at Chilla Sports Complex Vasundhara enclave . This skating tournament was by organised by CK Tedant Sports Foundation. Students from various school participated in it.The students of St. Teresa School acclaimed glories for the school with their outstanding performance. 5 students achieved the first position , 4 students achieved the second position and 4 students attained the third position to n different categories. All the winners were fecilitated with medals and certificates for their performance.
EXCURSION TO NATIONAL
ZOOLOGICAL PARK, DELHI (GRADE βI)
An educational trip to the National Zoological Park was organized for the students of class I on 6th Oct 2018. The children embarked on the journey to the zoo on a peppy and excited note. The students enthusiastically spotted the majestic animals and birds like Asiatic Lion, White Tiger, Royal Bengal tiger, ostrich, pelicans and elephants basking in the winter morning sun.
