THE 15TH CBSE ALL INDIA HERITAGE QUIZ,2015

This was a historic competition in itself, in which 5100 students represented all the ten regions of CBSE participated into it .Ritik Johri ,Abhinav Seth & Amritanshu Prasad of Std. X are the winners of Regional level. Kudos to winners for making us proud. 

EXPRESSION 2015

Our School has organized Interschool competition Expression 2015 on 22nd August 2015. An array of literary, art and cultural competitions namely Group Dance – Nupur, Nukkad Natak, Hindi Debate, Splash your Fantasy, T-Shirt Painting, English Story Telling and Mass comedia etc was held. Renowned school around Indirapuram, Ghaziabad and Delhi participated in various competitions. Smt. Usha Kumari, Regional Director Education East Delhi was Chief Guest and Sh. Praveen Shukla, famous poet was Guest of Honour on the occasion. The panel of judges included renowned people from the fields of art , literature and journalism like Mr. P. K Azad, Mr. Krishnakant Madhur, Mr. Mange Ram to name a few. Over all Trophy was swept away by St. Teresa School, Indirapuram and Dehradun Public School, Govindpuram.

DELHI NCR KHEL-MAHOTSAVA - 2015

Delhi-NCR Khel Mahotsava was held at Common-Wealth Games Village and East Delhi Khel Parisar Delhi from 20th  April to 25th  April,2015 including Athletic ,Yoga, T.T, Karate, Volleyball, Basketball, Cricket, Badminton and Skating.  More than 20  schools participated from Delhi-NCR. Our school participated in the tournament with 80 students under different age categories. Our students showed their best performance with true sportsman spirit.

Our students bagged 18 medals (13-Gold, 03-Silver & 02-Bronze) in athletic, 10 medals (04-Gold, 04-Silver & 02-Bronze) in skating and were the proud winners of Trophies in both. Yoga team bagged 08 medals (03-Gold, 03-Silver & 02-Bronze), badminton team bagged 08 medals (2-Gold, 5-Silver & 1-Bronze) and grabbed runner-up Trophy in both. In Table Tennis, Reedhi Bhaskar won 02 gold medals in  U-12 & U-15  categories. Hon’ble  Directors of school Mr. R.R. Khanna, Mr. V. K. Gulati and Academic Director Ms. Renu Srivastava  congratulated the students and team coaches Mr. Yogesh Kumar and Ms.Uma Sharma on the laurels they brought to school. Kudos to the winners.

Table Tennis Championship - State Level

Reedhi Bhaskar of Class-V is a proud winner of Silver Medal in Table Tennis Championship at State level and Bronze Medal in women’s double at Bareilly. She has secured 2nd rank at state level (UP) and 15th rank at National level. She is an achiever of various tournaments at District and Zonal level. Kudos to her!

State Level Chess Championship

It's not about Kings, Queens, and Rooks, but rather, quadrants and coordinates, thinking strategically and foreseeing consequences. It's about lines and angles, weighing options and making decisions. Chess might just be the perfect teaching and learning too. To increase higher level thinking skills, advance math and reading skills, and build self-confidence our school encourages children to participate in chess tournament. Cambridge School Noida hosted state level Chess Chamionship. Chess Champions of our school Ketan Kaushik, Aryan, Shikha Singh and Palak Manocha bagged the runner up Trophy. They are also the proud winners of the Chess Championship at JKG Secondary School Vijay Nagar. Simran Sharma and Ketan Kaushik secured First Position in Girls and Boys Category respectively. Shikha Singh got second position and Palak Manocha secured third position. Tanishka Jain also winner of under-14 category in Inter-School Chess Championship.

32nd Junior State Table Tennis Championship

It's a proud moment for us to announce that our student SHIVAM CHANDRA of std VII grabbed FIRST POSITION in 32nd junior state table tennis championship. ….KUDOS!!!
